NOTICE 29th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is given that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Gemmological Association of Australia (NSW Division) Incorporated, will be held on Monday 02 March 2020, at Gemmology House, 24 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills at 6:30pm.
The Ordinary Business of the meeting will be:

To confirm the minutes of the 28th Annual General Meeting Minutes
-
To receive the Committee reports upon the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year (Calendar year)
-
To receive and consider the audited financial statement submitted by the Association to members in accordance with Section 44 of the NSW ‘Associations Incorporation Act, 2009’
-
To elect the President and other Committee Members.

The meeting papers, voting and nomination forms can be viewed online by clicking on the links below. Except the Committee Member Reports can be viewed two weeks before AGM. Alternatively they can be inspected at 24 Wentworth Avenue, Darlinghurst, Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm.
Please note that under the Constitution March 2017, proxy voting has been replaced with direct voting.
Completed nomination and voting forms will be received no later than 48 hours before the AGM and can be either emailed to nsw@gem.org.au or directly to the Secretary on nsw.secretary@gem.org.au or posted to 24 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills 2010. Address all forms to the attention of the Secretary.
